Otto - an adventure is a calm, clever rope puzzle. Solve each level using the least number of ropes to get the eggs to their nests.
Throw your grappling hook to string up ropeways that you, and the eggs, can travel along. Small gaps can be jumped, but don't lose your grip. It's quite a drop.
Every level has at least one solution. Finding one that fits inside your rope allowance takes strategy, and a little craftiness.

Privacy policy

This policy explains what Otto - an adventure ("the game", "we", "us") collects, why, and the choices you have. The game is published by Omonoki.com Ltd.
The short version
- You don't create an account, and we never ask for your real name, email, phone number or location to play.
- The game gives you a random player id and a made-up handle (like PluckyPuffin42) so it can keep your results and show the leaderboard.
- If you send us a contact request, we keep what you send so we can reply.
- If you haven't bought Otto Pro, the game shows ads from Google AdMob, which has its own privacy practices (see below).
What we collect
Your player record. On first launch the game makes a long random secret on your device and keeps it in the iOS Keychain. Our server stores only a one-way hash of it, together with a random player id and your handle. Your handle is picked from words we supply; you can't type one in, so it can't contain personal information.
Your results. For each challenge you play we store which layout it was, how many ropes you used, whether you cleared it, and your points. We use these to work out the leaderboard and, once enough players have tried a layout, how others did on it. These numbers are shown only as totals and percentages, never tied to you, except on the leaderboard under your handle.
Contact requests. If you use Contact us, we store the name, email address and message you give us. If you're asking for support and you tick the box to share your game data, we also store your player id, your progress (the challenges you've cleared and your points), the app version, your device model, iOS version and language, so we can look into the problem.
We don't collect your location, contacts, photos, or any other data from your device.
This website
ottoadventures.com sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no ads. If you use the contact form, we store the name, email address and message you give us, with a one-way hash of your IP address so we can stop spam. They're kept with the game's contact requests, on the same server, and dealt with the same way.
Ads
If you haven't bought Otto Pro, the game shows occasional ads served by Google AdMob. Before any ad, the game explains this and, where the law requires it, asks for your consent using Google's consent form. iOS will also ask whether you allow tracking; if you say no, ads are not personalised using your device's advertising identifier.
AdMob may collect information about your device and how you interact with ads. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. You can change your ad privacy choices at any time from the game menu. Otto Pro removes ads entirely.
Purchases
Otto Pro is bought through Apple's App Store. Apple handles the payment; we never see your payment details. We only learn that the purchase was made on your device.
Where your data is kept
Our server runs on Supabase, hosted in the European Union (Ireland). Data sent to it is encrypted in transit.
How long we keep it
We keep your player record and results while the game is in service, so your place on the leaderboard and your stats stay put. Contact requests are kept for as long as we need them to deal with your message, and then deleted.
Your choices
From the game menu you can:
- Hide from the leaderboard, so your handle doesn't appear there.
- Change your handle at any time.
- Clear your history, which deletes your results from our server for good.
To ask for a copy of your data, or for your player record to be removed entirely, use Contact us in the game, the form on this page, or email support@omonoki.com. Tell us your handle so we can find it.
Children
The game is suitable for all ages and doesn't ask anyone for personal information to play. Contact requests ask for a name and email address; if you are under 16, please ask a parent or guardian to send it for you.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update it here, and the game will download the new version the next time it starts.

These terms apply to your use of Otto - an adventure ("the game"), published by Omonoki.com Ltd ("we", "us"). By playing the game you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.
The game
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the game on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store's terms. The game, its art, music, levels and code belong to us or our licensors. Please don't copy, modify, resell or reverse-engineer it.
Your handle and the leaderboard
The game gives you a handle chosen from words we supply. Handles and leaderboard places are there for fun. We may reset, correct or remove results that look wrong, for example ones that come from a modified copy of the game or from abuse of our server.
Please don't try to interfere with the game's server, send it false results, or get at data that isn't yours.
Otto Pro
Otto Pro is a one-off in-app purchase made through Apple. It removes ads and unlocks the Giants. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies. You can restore Otto Pro on another device signed in to the same Apple account.
Online features
Some features, such as the leaderboard, stats and updated levels, need an internet connection and our server. We'll try to keep them running, but we can't promise they'll always be available. We may change, add or remove levels and features over time.
Contact requests
When you send us a contact request, please give us accurate details so we can reply. Don't send anything unlawful, abusive or that you don't have the right to share.
Ads
If you haven't bought Otto Pro, the game shows ads provided by third parties. We're not responsible for the content of ads or the sites they link to.
No warranty
The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be free of errors or interruptions, and we're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The game downloads the latest version when it starts; if you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
The law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
